Unfortunetly we cannot recover a lost username at this time.

Unfortunetly we cannot recover a lost password due to security concerns. However, you may follow the steps listed below to reset your password.

Account disabling

Account disabling disables your account temporarily. All your information will retain on our servers, and you will be able to reactivate your account at any time; however, other users and friends will be unable to interact with your account. Unfortunetly, we cannot temporarily disable an account at this time.

Account removal and deletion

Account removal completely removes and deletes your Endevre ID account from our system. Any Endevre or third party services accessing your account will be unable to access your account once the servers update. This will take a few days to proccess. Unfortunetly, we cannot preform account removal at this time.

Note: This support extends to users using a chromium based browser

Standard Users Support

To register for an event from a link, paste the link into your browser’s search bar. The link will take you to the event’s event overview page where you will be able to click on the green button labeled “Register” to begin the registration process. If you don’t have an Endevre account or you aren’t currently signed in, you will be prompted to create an account or sign in before being able to proceed. Afterward, you will be taken to a form created by the event organizers which needs to be filled out and submitted. Upon clicking submit, your responses will be recorded, and you will be officially registered for the event.

Registering for an Event from the Dashboard

To register for an event from your dashboard, you must be signed in with Endevre ID. If you are not currently at your dashboard, you can reach it by clicking on your name in the top right hand corner and selecting My DashBoard. From your dashboard, click on “Event Search”, which will take you to a page featuring existing events. By clicking the “View” button in the bottom right corner you will be taken to the event’s overview page where you will be able to register for an event by clicking “Register” and filling out the required form. After filling out the form you will be registered for the event.

Organizations Support

Creating an Organization Account

You can create an Organization with your Endevre ID Account by visiting our Create an Organization portal (https://connect.endevre.com/en/create-org). Once there, you will need a invitation code, which you can request from the Endevre Support Team, in order to create an organization. Follow the prompts to complete your event creation.

Creating an Event

To create an event, visit your Organization’s page via the account drop-down menu. In the “My Events” Section, there is a button labeled “New Event”. Once in the New Event creation portal, enter your Event Name, Description, Address, Price, and Date, and press submit to create your new event.

Viewing Registration Responses

You have to be an event organizer to view registration responses. Click on your name on the top right-hand corner and click on the organization name. Find the event name and click “Manage Event”. Then, go to the sidebar and click on the “Reg Responses”.

Checking Users In or Out

You have to be an admin to check users in and out. Click on your name on the top right-hand corner and click on the organization name. Under the “My Events” header, click on the event name and select “Manage Event”. On the left sidebar, click “Registrations”. Check in and check out can be accomplished by clicking the “Check in” button.

What is Service Maintenance

Endevre Services may occasionally undergo service maintenances. Service maintenances temporarily disable one or all Endevre services during a service update, service test, security or data breach, or unexpected server maintenances. You will always be informed of a service maintenance by viewing a maintenance screen when trying to access one of our services, or through the scheduled maintenance tab in the support center.

Service Availability During Maintenance

During service maintenance, a few Endevre services may not be available. We will try to keep Endevre ID up and running during server maintenances, however, we cannot guarentee this will always be the case. In the event Endevre ID is temporarily unavailable, third party services may not be able to proccess or authenticate requests through Endevre ID.
